Adam's career crosses industries, but it is held together by one operating idea: get close enough to the work to understand what the customer, team, and system actually need.
Live-event production taught him how to coordinate a moving experience across venues, audiences, talent, promotion, and show-day execution. Restaurant ownership brought that same discipline into daily service, where branding, menus, digital ordering, staffing, fulfillment, and customer expectations meet in real time.
Express Custom Packaging grew from a problem Adam encountered as a restaurant operator: smaller businesses often struggled to obtain useful quantities of branded paper packaging. Building the company required more than a product idea. Its surviving operating archive spans pricing, sales, customer invoicing, production scheduling, inventory, warehousing, delivery, CRM, hiring, and marketing.
Today, Adam applies that operating memory to consulting, speaking, and project work. He is most useful where a business needs to connect its promise to the system behind it—turning a strategy into a clearer offer, a repeatable workflow, a more usable customer experience, or a better-informed decision.
He does not wait for opportunities—he creates them, builds around them, and turns vision into results.
